Unique

I am unlike anyone else I've ever met. Of course, everyone is unique but certain personality traits are common to a large number of people. I, OTOH, must be some 6σ freakshow.

Maybe my miasma of disorders is not selected for. That should they arise in any single individual, that doomed soul is guaranteed not to procreate (either through anti-social behavior or suicide). Comforting.

My abilities, both mental and physical, pale in comparison to what they once were. Maybe it's a trick of the mind? Declension meta-narrative and all that jazz, but — obviously — I don't think so.
